    Fabulous

Staff were very friendly, the room and en suite were clean. Full English breakfast was served promptly and was very adequate.

Decor was very dated, although this may have been deliberate to keep with the age/style of the building. The cleanliness of the dining room did not match that of the bedroom - it wasn't dirty but crumbs were very visible on the floor - it didn't look as though it has been vaccumed since the previous day.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and have booked again for later in the year. It was very enjoyable and was made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and would like to thank all the staff for their kindness especially Ross the Manager Regards Sandra McNamara

    Good rooms Good Manager

Knew the hotel at its best when it was a 4* . Sadly has slid a great deal to its current 2* status Lift has old fashioned gates, how old is that? Could not get a pot of tea in the lounge No meals in restraunt for those not on half board, only bar meals As a result eat in another hotel, absolutely fabulous , will stay there next time

    Fabulous

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

We had a front seaview room - very good view but tended to be noisy with traffic noise and the sound of passing people heard from the street even though we were on the 3rd floor.

    Very good

Value for money, the staff and manager were freindley and helpfull. There were plenty of free car parking spaces around the back of the hotel, Breakfast was good which was included in price. The location was good with a short walk to all the attractions, but at the same time on the fringe so its a bit more peacefull.Just used skegness for somewhere to stay for the night whilst visiting cadwell park race curcuit and raf Kirkby aircraft museum ,its a bit tackey for me,but theres some nice walks along the beach to the south of the resort towards gibralter point nature reserve,oh and the fish and chips are nice!

I thought the hotels decor and furniture were a bit 1970,s and tired looking, could do with a makeover.I Stayed one night but for a longer stay would prefer a few more facilities .skegness is not an attractive place and tackey, but thats why some people like it,horses for courses I suppose!

    Superb

Ross the Manager and all his staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was hearty and set us up for the day. We liked the old style of the hotel, for our taste it was better than modern!!

    Good

Telephone to contact room to room. Free car park.

Television was older than my grown up children ! Breakfast only served until 9.30 am and check out at 10.00 am too much like old fashioned b/b not like a hotel.

    Fabulous

The manager was so very helpful and went out of his way to try and sort out any problems or queries we had.

The water pressure on the 3rd floor was very poor which meant the toilet did not fill up as quickly as it should have.

    Good

    Fiendly staff ,Comfortable room.

Bar only open at 17.00,not a big drinker but sometimes like a pint in the afternoon especially if the weather is not too good.On our last night Friday they must let out the free rooms to the local teenagers not a problem normally,But in this case they decided runnung around sceaming & slamming doors till 3 o'clock in the morning was acceptable,And there were no night staff on duty that night surprise surprise.I know they have to make money but not to the detrement of the othe guests.Been there but will never go back.Very disappointed especially at 50 ound per night.
